Parking is Limited due to Construction of the new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC)
-Please print your email confirmation of your registration and bring it with you as supportive documentation for base access.
-Please utilize the attached map for directions to USUHS and currently authorized visitor parking.
-Shuttle services to/from the NNMC gate/helicopter pad will be available starting at 0720 and will make stops at the I Lot, then to the University. This shuttle service will make its last pick-up at 0910hrs. Evening service will resume at 1700 with stops at the I Lot and to the National Naval Medical Center (not to the helicopter pad due to evening traffic.)
-Lunch options for those who did not choose the conference lunch are: William the 3rd Cafe and the University Cafeteria.

All talks will be held in the the USU Sanford Auditorium. Registration, Posters and coffee will be held in the Foyer of the Auditorium.

Metro Access:
RedLine Metro to Medical Center Station. At the Metro Station street level is the NIH main access gate and directly across Wisconsin Ave is the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) main access gate. Enter the NNMC and walk along Palmer South Road for 10+ mins. USU is located on the left and Building B is labeled.
You must be registered for the conference and have government issued ID to enter.

Driving Access:
Driving Access: USU is accessible via any open gates to the National Naval Medical Center
In morning direct access is available via Jones Bridge Road (off Wisconsin Ave ).
At all hours access is available via the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) main gate on Wisconsin Ave.
You must be registered for the conference and have governement issued ID to enter.
