CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

Physicians 
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

USUHS designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
6.25 CNE contact hours are provided for participation in this educational activity.
Requirements for successful completion: In order to receive full contact-hour credit for this CNE activity, you must attend the activity, participate in individual or group activities such as exercises or pre/post tests, and complete and submit the evaluation and verification of attendance forms at the conclusion of the activity.

Psychologists 
USUHS is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  USUHS maintains responsibility for this program and its content.  This activity provides 6.25 hours of continuing education for psychologists.  You must attend the entire session to receive credit.

Social Workers 
This program is sponsored by Uniformed Services University of the Health Science (USUHS) which is automatically by the Board of Social Work Examiners to sponsor Category I continuing education programs.  USUHS maintains responsibility for all programs offered.  “The Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners certifies that this program meets the criteria for 6.25 credit hours of Category I continuing education for social workers and associates licensed in Maryland.”
